I wanted to be able to incorporate the 90 day sss plan into my lifestyle long after the 90 days were over. I cycle 13km to work, circuit train and go to dance class regularly - I'd keep this up throughout the plan.
Cycle one A few days after filling out the questionnaire, I received Cycle One of the programme - my handbook for the next 30 days - and assigned a personal trainer who would support me throughout the plan via email. The Body Coach team designed a tailored food programme for me: I would be eating three meals and two snacks a day.
The fat, protein and carbohydrate content of my meals were carefully 90 day sss plan to suit my body composition and activity levels.
Wicks admonishes severe calorie restriction, teaching that fat loss can only comfortably occur when the body's energy demands are met with a small calorie deficit, paired with specific macronutrient timing. Cycle One is all about shifting excess fat so most of my meals were low in carbhoydrates and high in protein and fat; carbs were only included 90 day sss plan post-workout "refuel" meals.
I spent a couple of hours every weekend cooking in bulk so my meals were ready for the week ahead - preparation 90 day sss plan key.
I couldn't believe how much I was eating at the start, but as I neared the end of the first 30 days, my appetite grew and I found myself feeling hungry more often - a sure sign that my metabolism was speeding up. The high 90 day sss plan and protein content of my meals was nauseating initially, but my body soon adapted.
I feel so much more in control this way and it is much easier to eat healthily. I am much happier trying to eat well and make good choices most of the time with the occasional meal out or treat.

Was it worth it? I actually think the 90 day SSS plan is quite cheap considering what you get for it. I am so excited to go back to I have learnt so much about macros, strength training, my own body and my own mind when it comes to food and diets.

Would I recommend it? If you are after a program that will really educate you about food and exercise and one that will challenge misconceptions about losing weight and toning up then I do think the 90 Day SSS plan is a great purchase.
90 day sss plan is difficult though and you have to be disciplined to stick with it for the entirety.
90 Day Plan / The Body Coach
There are a lot of ups and downs and 90 days is actually longer than you might think! If you are looking to gain new habits and to revolutionise your relationship with food then I think 90 day sss plan plan is amazing for this. Especially if you are used to fad dieting and low calorie eating then this is perfect.
Whilst this is the case in cycle 1, the workouts for the rest of the plan last anywhere between 50 and 90 minutes.
